Fractured Atlas helps individual artists and arts organizations by providing fundraising tools, educational resources, and personalized support.

Summary

1. Updating an existing decade-old tool for artists to request funds form their fundraised pool helped make request submissions more efficient. Subsequently creating an internal tool to help release funds to these artists saved time from staff.
2. Brevity and trust was important here: They needed a UI that was clean, and could request funds in no more than 3 steps.
3. Staff saw a significant decrease in time spent on releasing funds, cutting their workload in half, and saw artists getting their money nearly two times faster.
